It's a good week to be gluten-free.

Early admission tickets are now on sale for Dallas's 2012 Gluten and Allergen Free Expo to be held September 8 and 9. Along with lectures and cooking classes, over a hundred vendors will be in attendance to offer up their health-conscious goods. The event takes place at the Westin Park Central Dallas Hotel with tickets ranging from $20-$35.

Meanwhile, word comes that Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is now investing in "Find Me Gluten Free," a smartphone app that helps users navigate local restaurant listings to find allergen-free options.

Abbreviated as "Find Me GF," the app claims to have upwards of 15 million users, some of whom surely confused it for a single-girl finder. For now the DFW search results are rather stale, hence the need for more dough.
Update: The app does not in fact claim to have 15 million users. It admits to 110,000 downloads. We apologize for the mixup.
