East Hampton Sandwich Co. Brings Lobster Rolls to Snider Plaza This Wednesday

Dallas may be thousands of miles removed from the million dollar cottages and yacht clubs of East Hampton, but at least now we can eat like them. Coming this Wednesday to Snider Plaza, fast-casual concept East Hampton Sandwich Co. will offer "hand-carved", "hormone/nitrate free" meats and bread by Empire Bakery in a variety of hand-held lunch options including New England-style lobster rolls, short rib and cheese, and asparagus and Gruyere varieties, according to a press release. Local design firm Plan B Group is responsible for the interior, which is intended to evoke a classic Connecticut beach house. Now you too can pretend to lunch with Ina Garten and her fabulous East Hampton boyfriends.
