Scott Reitz checked out the "Next-Mex" at downtown Plano's Urban Rio and found plates that satisfy but don't bust belts, at prices that are downright Chili's-esque. Leslie Brenner revisited the vertically impressive Five Sixty and found that despite some dated dishes and mostly unimpressive starters, it's still overall "one of the city's finest and most engaging restaurants."
