Rick's Chophouse in McKinney is thrilled to be inheriting chef Tim Bevins after the closing of Craft Dallas, his former employer. While Bevins says making the move to the 'burbs from the big city will be challenging, he's looking forward to staying a while, saying "I want there to be some longevity.
