Acme F&B Names Norman Grimm as Exec Chef

Acme F&B chefs/co-owners Jeana Johnson and Colleen O'Hare have appointed Norman Grimm as executive chef.

Grimm honed his kitchen chops in San Francisco under Traci Des Jardins, but has also worked for some notable Dallas players including The Mercury and the gone-but-not-forgotten York Street. Most recently, Grimm was in the kitchen at the Omni Hotel's Texas Spice and prior to that, Nosh.
