Soleo Mexican Kitchen Coming to Park Cities

Over at the freshly launched CultureMap Dallas, T-Gubb has the scoop on a soon-to-open new concept from the owners of local taqueria chain El Paisa. Soleo Mexican Kitchen is set to open "in about a week" at Hillcrest and Northwest Highway, just on the heels of Ocho Kitchen & Cocktails which opened just up the street last weekend.

Like Ocho, Soleo will feature an expansive patio and a full bar with an impressive tequila selection. The menu's focus is traditional Mexican cuisine with a "predominantly Jalisco influence" and will feature tacos like those that El Paisa is known for, as well as more elevated seafood offerings and a host of vegetarian and vegan options including tofu enchiladas.
