The Trinity Groves development in West Dallas is about to witness the opening of its first food tenant, and more will soon follow: The catering division run by Sharon Van Meter (of Viking Cooking School fame) will throw its first fundraiser on Thursday, and a barbecue spot by Babb Bros., Four Corners microbrewery and a Hofmann Hots hot dog joint should open in November.
