This just in: Shawn Horne will act as general manager at Stephan Pyles' soon-to-open Stampede 66 in Uptown. Horne was most recently on the payroll at Fort Worth's Monty's Corner, but has also done time managing at Dish, Five Sixty, and The Green Room (back in its original heyday), co-owned the departed Horne & Dekker and Kitchen 1924, and done a number of consulting gigs for other restaurants around town including Howard Wang's Uptown.
