The latest venture from chef Kenny Bowers officially opened for business today at 11 a.m. at the Shops at Legacy. The smoked meat-centric menu includes barbecue classics like pulled pork, brisket, and ribs, plus fancier offerings like miso-glazed salmon and filet mignon with Roquefort butter; sides include smoked gouda mac and cheese with ham and truffle oil, Boston baked beans, and blue cheese and bacon potato salad.
