NASCAR fans will have a new porcine treat to try next season: Texas Motor Speedway will add bacon cotton candy to its concessions menu this spring. The confection, created by executive chef Joel Peña, is officially named "Hawg Heaven Bacon Cotton Candy" and is made by infusing sugar with cooked bacon for a few hours, then spinning the sugar into pink candy floss and topping it off with candied bacon bits.
