Sandwich chain Capriotti's will open a location in dining mecca Preston Center, Steven Doyle reports. The sub shop, perhaps best known for its Thanksgiving-themed sandwich decked out with turkey, cranberry sauce, and dressing, will take over the old Extreme Pizza space on Luther Lane. [CraveDFW]
