Welcome to Whale Week, A Celebration of Splurges

Beginning right now and ending around 5 p.m. Friday, Eater is observing a little something we like to call Whale Week. We'll be highlighting high-rollers (or "whales", as some folks in the industry like to refer to them) and the places they like to blow their stacks of cash.
