Looks like Trinity Groves sausage spot Hofmann Hots could soft-open as soon as this weekend. Nancy Nichols got the inside scoop on the menu, which will include a maple-glazed dog with bacon and smoked gouda, a "Bruschetta Dog" (exactly what it sounds like), and a pretty awesome-sounding "Himalayan Dog" with curry aioli, fried onions, and garam masala.
