The Katy Trail Ice House is battling residents of a nearby high-rise building over noise. A partner in the indoor/outdoor bar situated on the popular jogging/biking trail says they've been fielding noise complaints from the building since the bar opened in 2011 and considers it "unbelievable harassment", while the neighborhood folks have gone so far as to have "hired a noise consultant to run studies".
