Be proud, Dallas: Our very own Josh Valentine of FT33 has made it to the highly contentious final four on Top Chef:
Seattle Alaska. He managed to recover from a potential cruise ship disaster when the scallop "noodles" he was engineering for the reinvented surf and turf challenge failed; instead, he stayed calm and collected, with nary a mustache hair out of place, and served a bizarre-sounding "scrambled scallops" breakfast-y dish that the judges actually seemed to like—enough to carry him through to the next episode, at least. [Bravo]
