Yet another bacon-centric food truck is headed to the DFW streets: The B.L.T. (that's "Bacon Lover's Truck") was created by two disciples of chef Kenny Bowers and aims to capitalize on the craze by providing sandwiches to "tame your inner bacon beast." Their truck is almost ready to go, but they're raising funds via Kickstarter to get rolling. B.L.T. is the third bacon-obsessed food truck in the area; Fort Worth boasts the Bacon Wagon and the newer Unforsacon Bacon currently serves the Garland area. [Eaterwire]
