Michael Martensen to Debut Reservations Only Bar

The Establishment, the highly anticipated new "canteen"-slash-oyster bar concept from Brian Williams and Michael Martensen of Cedars Social coming to the old Trece space, will reportedly also include a "reservations-required bar featuring custom cocktails" within the space. There will be no cocktail waitresses or menus; rather, patrons will interface directly with the bartender to create a drink to their liking.

Martensen tells DMN critic Leslie Brenner the bar will feature "vintage glassware, linen napkins, gold bar spoons and ice flown in from Alaska." Fancy.
