Dean Fearing is consulting on the menu at American Express' swanky new airport lounges, including one that's slated for DFW's Terminal D. Besides a Fearing-inspired menu, the lounge will also offer "high end cocktails, free massages, as well as mani and pedis." The bad news? It's apparently only open to Amex card holders. [CraveDFW]
