Village Burger Bar is expanding to North Dallas. The location 12300 Inwood Road near the Dallas North Tollway will be the fourth in all (the others are located in the West Village, Watters Creek in Allen, and the Shops at Legacy in Plano) and will also serve as a "research and development kitchen for creating new menu items."
