Attention all health nuts and kale fiends: True Food Kitchen debuts November 19 in Preston Center (near nutritional antithesis Sprinkles Cupcakes). The restaurant, which boasts a menu based on holistic health educator Dr. Andrew Weil's anti-inflammatory diet, is brought to you by Scottsdale-based Fox Restaurant Concepts and already has six existing locations in Arizona, California and Colorado.
The expansive menu includes everything from kale salad and seafood bouillabaisse to margherita pizza and grass-fed bison burgers, with plenty of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. While there's a selection of healthy beverage options like the "Medicine Man" made with sea buckthorn and black tea and the very green-sounding "Kale-Aid," Park Cities boozehounds won't be left out either — there's a craft cocktail menu with ingredients like organic vodka, ginger-infused agave, plum bitters and acai berry liqueur, plus a wine list heavy on the organic, sustainable and biodynamic selections.
Want a job slinging quinoa burgers and vegan curries? Drop by the nearby Hilton Park Cities, where True Food is holding on-the-spot interviews for front and back of house positions today until 4 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
