On this particular evening, I requested something with vermouth, and Michael Martensen created a bizarrely delicious drink comprised of dry vermouth, creme de pamplemousse rose (a grapefruit liqueur), creme de menthe, bitters and mint. On paper, it sounds nuts. In practice, it was great."
