TRINITY GROVES—Starting today, Kitchen LTO will offer a four-course tasting menu by chef Norman Grimm every Wednesday. The menu will change every week; seats are $50 per person including wine pairings. To make reservations, hit up OpenTable or call the restaurant at 214-377-0757. [Eaterwire]

HENDERSON AVE—The Greyhound Adoption League of Texas is throwing a Halloween-themed happy hour at The Gin Mill on Saturday, October 26 from 4 to 6 p.m.; $10 admission gets you a draft beer, $5 Greyhounds (the cocktail, not the dog) and happy hour pricing ($1 off cocktails, wine and beer).
