Here's another addition to the list of things that should vanish from dining rooms in 2014: Kitchen towels as napkins. Observer critic Scott Reitz says this trend "was cute when it started," but "some towels appear to have been in service since the trend began" and are frankly looking pretty gnarly at this point.
