A new food truck specializing in vegan baked goods will hit Dallas streets come January. Vegan Noms is brought to you by yoga instructor Allison Catalani and will feature "muffins in flavors such as banana nut and blueberry, cookies such as chocolate chip and snickerdoodle, red velvet cupcakes, brownies, and blondies."
