Steakhouse Showdown: Nick & Sam's or Bob's?

Let's suppose for just a second that a wealthy associate wishes to treat you to a fancy steak dinner, and gives you two options: the original Bob's on Lemmon or Nick & Sam's. (Hey, it's the holidays and they're feeling generous.) Bob's is of course known for its exclusive boys' club sort of feel — and that famous glazed carrot — while Nick & Sam's is decidedly more scene-y, with the added bonus of that complimentary caviar setup to start.
