Chef Nathan Tate of Boulevardier shared some of his adventurous cooking with the lucky guests at the latest stop for Knob Creek's Big Flavor Dinner Series. The menu, which showcased bold offerings like blood pudding croquette and house-made head cheese (including the heads, shanks, trotters, hocks and tenderloin of the prized pigs), was matched with a list of innovative cocktails by bartender Eddie Eakin, like the wintery Maple Bourbon Flip—a mix of Knob Creek® Smoked Maple Whiskey, Fernet Branca, maple syrup, egg and nutmeg. Knob Creek® Distillery Diplomat Theo Rutherford was also on hand to share fun facts and whiskey history, while chef Tate led a no-holds-barred carving demonstration.
