Carol Shih grilled the chefs at Shannon Wynne's Lark on the Park (slated to open later this month) for details on the menu: First off, there will definitely not be any sushi, tacos, or lobster mac and cheese. There will, however, be "New American or California-style cuisine" with Thai and Italian influences — "food that's clean and also delicious", like a smoked duck breast with pomegranate and persimmon and handmade pastas.
