After a brief hiatus to revamp following the departure of Tiffany Derry, Private Social is now open with new chef Najat Kanaache at the helm. Leslie Brenner has a preview of one of Kanaache's new dishes, the "Edible Dali", featuring a "truffled phyllo canvas" that diners can paint using a "playful palette" of various concoctions including "freeze-dried raspberry and blueberry sand".
