It's time again for Eater's annual Hottest Chef Competition, in which several rounds of voting will determine the city's dreamiest culinarian. Unlike last year, when the contest was spread out over two weeks of voting, this go around we'll jam-pack all the cut-throat competition into one drop-dead sexy day — February 14, to be exact.
If there's a particular chef who gets your motor revving, drop us a line at dallas@eater.com with your nomination and a photo (or a link to one). Only restaurant chefs currently working in the industry are eligible, and last year's winner (the fiery Jill Bates, pastry chef at Fearing's) is out of the running.
The nomination period will end on Monday, February 11, so don't procrastinate or your dreamboat chef may be left out.
