Top Chef: And Then There Were Three

joshvalwink150.jpgLast night on Top Chef: Seattle The Cruise Alaska, our very own Josh Valentine of FT33 renounced his beloved pork products — sort of. He claimed to be "done with bacon" (gasp!) after guest judge Sean Brock knocked his king crab quickfire dish. The contestants had to make sourdough bread and salmon dishes for the people of Juneau in the elimination challenge, and while Josh's garlic (or "gahhlic", as judge Emeril says) soup wasn't one of the favorite dishes, it was good enough to get him into the illustrious top three. [Bravo]
