Shannon Wynne's Lark on the Park debuted last Friday at urban green space Klyde Warren Park, and as would be expected from a restaurateur that also lords over the Flying Saucer and Meddlesome Moth, the booze selection is pretty excellent (though considerably less beer-centric than either of the aforementioned spots — an intentional move so as not to compete).
Instead, a full-page cocktail menu offers a varied selection of libations, incorporating semi-obscure ingredients like Batavia Arrack and Carpano Antica, plus plenty of different bitters varieties; of course, there's also a solid selection of craft beers, including local selections from Community, Lakewood, Peticolas, and Deep Ellum breweries.
