mattmccsm.jpgFor the second year in a row, a Dallas chef has snagged the coveted title of Food & Wine's The People's Best New Chef in the Southwest region. FT33's Matt McCallister beat out 9 other chefs to come away with the title, decided via online voting. (Last year's winner was Tim Byres of Smoke, who went on to win the overall Best New Chef award.)
