George W. Bush's presidential library will open at SMU on May 1, and naturally it will have its very own restaurant called Cafe 43. D Mag has a perhaps-not-entirely-accurate menu preview that includes items like "Condi Rice Pilaf", a bucket o' ranch dressing, and the "Dick Cheney plate", tantalizingly described as a "quail that's been stuffed with a tiny microphone and GPS transmitter that transforms any ordinary citizen into a useful tool in the fight against global terrorism".
