Northern 'burb The Colony has a new, impressively pedigreed chef. Lulzim Rexhepi, who's worked for some big names all over the world including the legendary Frenchman Roger Verge, is leading the kitchen at new Veranda Italian Bistro, soft-opening this weekend.
