1) Social House, the bar-slash-restaurant that used to occupy the West Village space that is now Union Bear, has returned to Uptown. The new location is on Routh, in the former Arcodoro y Pomodoro spot, "an old two-story house with fireplaces" that also features two expansive patios. The menu has "a Southern focus" with items like shrimp 'n grits, plus brick-oven pizza. [City of Ate]
2) Speaking of old houses-turned-restaurants, Victoria's Mexican Grill is now open on Davis Street in Oak Cliff offering classic Tex-Mex fare like fajitas, quesadillas, tacos, tableside guacamole, and plenty of margaritas. [Thrillist]
3) The Break Bar & Grill opened at the beginning of March in Addison's Vitruvian Park with a 1,200 square foot patio, craft beer, cocktails, and California-inspired cuisine like fish tacos and avocado hummus. [CultureMap Dallas]
