Changes are afoot at FT33, Matt McCallister's modernist farm-to-table restaurant that's currently dominating the city's dining scene. Chef de cuisine Brady Williams is parting ways with the restaurant to head to New York, where he'll assume a sous chef position at a famed pizzeria in Brooklyn. Replacing Williams will be Bradford Hodgkins, who worked with McCallister at Stephan Pyles; he's also done time under Scott Gottlich at the Second Floor and, most recently, served as executive sous at Hotel Zaza's Dragonfly.

This is the second major change at FT33 in recent months; general manager Ryan Tedder left in mid-February, citing unreconcilable personality conflicts.
