Craft Beer-centric LUCK Coming to Trinity Groves

The list of Trinity Groves tenants just keeps on growing: LUCK — which stands for Local Urban Craft Kitchen — will debut at the up-and-coming West Dallas development this summer showcasing Texas beers, particularly those produced in the DFW area.

The food, much of which will incorporate beer, will include "original variations of regional comfort food favorites including an array of hardwood smoked meats, gourmet sandwiches, hearty salads, and handmade desserts" in "a comfortable, upscale ambiance replete with outdoor seating and great downtown skyline views".

The LUCK crew has been popping up all over town, hawking Caribbean flatbreads from the City Street Grill food truck and cooking chili at the Gingerman in Fort Worth, plus various appearances at local breweries and other events. CraveDFW notes that Luck "will not be serving beer in cans or bottles", choosing instead to only pour beer from 40 taps. Partner Jeff Dietzman tells Steven Doyle that they "will also have chalk board taps for breweries wanting to get a market analysis of their beer before they distribute it to the public".
