Several new food trucks have hit the streets recently: Little Greek offers classic Greek fare like spanokopita, gyros, and baklava; Empanada Armada specializes in their namesake South American pastries, plus alfajores, the beloved dulce de leche sandwich cookies; grammatically questionable What's Cook-N Chef is hailed as "DFW's first churrrasco truck", with "a menu of Latin style meat items"; and Gorgonzilla will serve grilled cheese sandwiches from its truck decked out in cheesy-colored reptilian scales.
