The recently shuttered Cafe Lago in East Dallas will reportedly become Urban Vines Wine Bistro. Lessee Jennifer Rodriguez, a local attorney, says she "plans to sub-lease the kitchen to two women who have been running a catering business called Honeysuckle Southern Eats" to provide food for the wine bar; she intends to open in May.
