Shinsei's Spring Menu; Lakewood Brewing Expands

FOOD TV WIRE—A former Plano resident is hosting a new mini series on Travel Channel called Feed the Beast, seeking out late-night grub in various cities. (Dallas unfortunately isn't one of them, but Austin is.) [Pegasus News]

GARLAND—Hooray for craft beer: Lakewood Brewing Company "is growing its operations by 50 percent" to keep up with demand. Owner Wim Bens says "the increased barrelage will allow Lakewood to increase its output of year-rounds", as well as "rolling out more limited runs and seasonal brews". [CultureMap Dallas]
