Former Top Chef contestant/beloved beefcake chef Tre Wilcox parted ways with tony Highland Park Village restaurant Village Marquee in January, and was shortly replaced by Andre Natera, formerly executive chef at the Pyramid. Natera has just debuted a brand new dinner menu that's all his own, featuring starters like so-damned-trendy-right-now kale and burrata salads, smoked hamachi tartare, and maple-glazed pork belly with scallops. (Of course, some classic Marquee dishes remain, like shrimp and grits and Caesar salad, though Natera is bound to put his own twist on them.)
