DEEP ELLUM—Chef Thanh Nguyen of Oishii may be temporarily displaced from his restaurant due to a fire, but that isn't stopping him. FRISCO—Barbecue and NASCAR unite this Saturday at 3 Stacks Smoke & Tap House; from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. they'll showcase the "ULTIMATE Smoker & Grill" (which is pulled by a semi truck, if that gives you an idea) and give out free food.
