Austin export Hopdoddy Burger Bar landed in Preston Center last October to much excitement from local burger lovers, and the place has been buzzing ever since, with folks from the Park Cities and beyond lining up for house-ground beef burgers, craft beer, and uniquely-flavored milkshakes — and Hopdoddy's going through a helluva lot of product to keep up with demand.

Buns baked: 750 egg buns, 100 wheat buns and 24 gluten-free buns baked daily
Veggies: 2 cases of lettuce, 3 cases of tomatoes and 50 pounds of white onions daily
Potatoes: 500 pounds of Kennebec potatoes hand-cut daily for the fries
