Lunch and Brunch at The Lot; Salata Uptown

EAST DALLAS—Family-friendly East Dallas spot The Lot has now extended its hours to weekday lunches and Saturday and Sunday brunch; the restaurant now opens daily at 11 a.m. Brunch will feature $5 Bloody Marys and mimosas. [Eaterwire]

UPTOWN—Salad haven Salata will celebrate the grand opening of its Uptown location this Thursday at 11 a.m. with $5 salads and wraps all day. The first 50 people in line will receive free gift cards. [Eaterwire]
