WORK. Bar & Grill Coming Soon to Deep Ellum

A new joint called WORK. Bar & Grill is in the works at 2618 Elm Street, a space that was once occupied by Sambuca before it packed up and headed to Uptown way back in 2004. Photos on the establishment's Facebook page indicate there will be plenty of smoked meats including baby back ribs, "sugar cookie" brisket, and short ribs, plus bar food like chicken lollipops and pulled pork potato skins, and of course, local beer on tap.

Posts on their Facebook page indicate a tentative opening date of this weekend.
