They've proposed slashing the permitting fees in half, which is certainly good news, but there's also a bizarre dress code which would ban truck employees from wearing fishnet shirts, brassieres as outerwear, tank tops or halter tops, cut-off shorts, and t-shirts with "offensive" language or symbols, amongst other things.
