Here's a peek inside HG Sply Co., the new Lower Greenville restaurant with a menu based on the so-hot-right-now Paleo lifestyle, aka the "caveman diet" (the H and G stand for hunter and gatherer).The dimly lit restaurant has a decidedly masculine feel to it, with plenty of rustic wood and rich leather banquettes — an appropriate setting to chow down on carnivorous options like bacon-wrapped pork shanks, roast leg of lamb, and steaks.
