Chef Jason Maddy is OUT at Oak. A post by blogger Steven Doyle was quickly confirmed by an email from Oak PR, who says Maddy has departed for "personal health reasons." Recently appointed chef de cuisine Thomas Gray will take the reins as executive chef.
