Chef Tim Bevins has left his post at Rick's Chophouse in McKinney. The former Craft Dallas chef is reportedly headed to The Front Room at Hotel Lumen. Chophouse owner Rick Wells tells Leslie Brenner, "At the end of the day Tim felt like the Front Room suited his style much better than our restaurant." [Eats Blog]
