Teresa Gubbins has an inside look at New York export Le Bilboquet, slated to open next week in the old L'Ancestral spot at Travis Walk. According to Gubbins, "The Village Voice proclaimed it one of New York's '10 most pretentious restaurants'," although general manager Laurent LeSort says their most popular dish is not a fancy French specialty but rather Cajun blackened chicken.
